摘要
用数字摄影测量技术对苏州河河口水闸闸门液压启闭机进行了结构尺寸精密测量。着重介绍了数字摄影测量基本原理、测点布置原则、网型设计原则、数据建模处理等相关问题。通过实践表明:基于数字摄影测量技术启闭机结构原始点云数据精度可达0.05 mm,利用模型对点云数据进行精密处理可以高精度获得结构尺寸参数。具有非接触式、测量方式灵活、自由测站、实时三维点云测量、适用复杂观测条件等特点,显示了数字摄影测量技术在工业结构尺寸精密测量等类似项目中具有广阔应用前景。
The structuraldimension of the hydraulic hoist of the Suzhou river estuary sluice gate were precisely measured by digital photogrammetry technology.This thesis focuses on the basic principles of digital photogrammetry,measuring point layout principles,network design principles,data modeling processing and other related issues.The practice of this paper shows that the accuracy of the original point cloud data of the hoist structure based on digital photogrammetry technology can reach 0.05 mm,and the precise processing of the point cloud data by using the model can obtain the structural dimension parameters with high precision.It has the characteristics of non-contact,flexible measurement methods,free station,real-time 3D point cloud measurement,and suitable for complex observation conditions,which shows that digital photogrammetry technology has broad application prospects in precision measurement of industrial structure dimensions and other similar projects.
