脊髓损伤实验动物模型的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 脊髓损伤是一类严重的中枢神经系统疾病,因其复杂的病理机制,目前尚无有效治疗策略,是困扰医学界的一大难题。脊髓损伤的基础研究不断深化创新与发展,但基础研究与临床应用之间存在一道"鸿沟",阻碍了基础研究成果向临床转化。究其原因,不规范的脊髓损伤动物模型造成了基础研究结果的不准确,降低了基础研究对于临床治疗的指导价值。本文对目前动物脊髓损伤模型制备的研究进展进行概述和讨论,并就建立完备的脊髓损伤动物模型进行展望,为脊髓损伤相关研究中动物模型的选择提供参考,以促进基础研究的临床转化进程。 Spinal cord injury(SCI)is a serious central nervous system disease.Due to its complex pathological mechanism,there is no effective treatment strategy at present,which is a problem perplexing the medical community.Nowadays,basic research on SCI continues to deepen innovation and development,but there is a'gap’between basic research and clinical transformation,which hinders the transformation of basic research achievements into clinic.The reason is that the non-standard animal model of SCI leads to the inaccurate results of basic research and reduces the guiding value of basic research for clinical treatment.In this paper,we summarized and discussed the current research progress of animal SCI model preparation,and envisioned the establishment of an adequate animal SCI model,so as to provide reference for the selection and establishment of animal models in SCI,and promote the clinical transformation process of basic research.
