新文脉主义视角下徐州城市更新设计策略研究

Research on Xuzhou Urban Renewal and Design from the Perspective of New Contextualism

随着城市更新行动的不断推进,文脉传承与城市特色风貌的结合愈发受到重视。文章以徐州作为研究案例,借鉴国内外既有的规划实践与优秀经验,从城市文脉的连续性、时代性、整体性、多元性、生长性等方面,剖析新文脉主义视角下城市更新的时代内涵,总结徐州五个城市更新设计策略,即“一网联通”“一脉相承”“一眼千年”“多元交融”“活化利用”,以期为徐州特色新文脉主义城市更新行动提供参考。

With the continuous promotion of urban renewal,the combination of context inheritance and urban characteristics has attracted more and more attention.Taking Xuzhou as a research case,drawing on the existing planning practice and excellent experience at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the Era Connotation of urban renewal from the perspective of new contextualism from the continuity,epochal,integrity,diversity and growth of urban context,and summarizes five renewal design strategies of Xuzhou:"network connections","run in a single line","one eye Millennium" "pluralistic blending" and "activation and utilization" in order to summarize experience from the urban renewal action of new contextualism with Xuzhou characteristics and provide useful reference for theoretical research and practice in relevant fields.
