摘要
为解决目前压裂液耐温能力不足,交联时间快的问题,合成了一种温控交联剂,并形成了200℃压裂液配方,对该体系的评价结果表明:交联温度40~120℃可控;200℃,170s连续剪切150min后,黏度大于100mPa·s。顺南A井酸压施工中,该体系的降阻率达62%,降阻性能良好,保障了施工顺利完成。
In order to solve the problems of insufficient temperature resistance and fast crosslinking time of fracturing ?uid at present,a temperature-controlled crosslinking agent was synthesized in this paper,and the formula of fracturing ?uid at 200℃was formed.The evaluation results of this system showed that the crosslinking temperature was controllable at 40~120℃.At 200℃and 170sfor 150min,the viscosity is more than 100mPa·s.During acid fracturing construction in South A well,the resistance reduction rate of this system reached 62%.Good resistance reduction performance ensures the smooth completion of the construction.
