摘要
对某液化天然气(LNG)接收站罐内泵投用试车期间发生的间歇性振动尖峰故障现象进行了描述,对产生该故障的原因进行了分析。对照拆解结果,对分析的可能原因进行了确认,发现轴向力平衡机构中平衡盘与末级挡板间隙过小是造成间歇性振动尖峰发生的直接原因。并在此基础上,提出了该故障的处置措施。经现场实际测试,证明该处置措施有效可行,可为LNG低温泵类似问题提供借鉴。
The intermittent vibration spike fault phenomenon that occurred during the commissioning of an LNG in-tank pump of an LNG receiving terminal is described,and the cause of the fault is analyzed. The possible causes of the analysis were confirmed against the disassembly results,and it was found that the gap between the balance plate and the last-stage bezel in the axial force balancing mechanism was too small,which caused the intermittent vibration spike. On this basis,the disposal measures of the fault are put forward. The practical test on the site proves that the disposal measure is effective and feasible,which can provide reference for similar problems of LNG cryogenic pumps.
