摘要
数字孪生技术实现了数字世界对物理世界的实时模拟映射,是行业实现数字化转型的一项重要技术。本文首先阐述了数字孪生的发展历程及国内外学者对于数字孪生技术的研究现状,总结了数字孪生的关键技术,在石油化工领域的应用。基于石化行业的数字孪生体可以实现可视化管理、设备监测预警、远程指导管理、生产离线优化等应用,显著提高石油化工产业的智能化水平。随着数字孪生技术的发展,石油化工领域未来将会有更加深入的应用。
Digital twin technology realizes the real-time analog mapping of the digital world to the physical world. It is an important technology to realize the digital transformation of the industry. Firstly,this paper summarizes the development and application of twin digital technology in the field of petrochemical industry at home and abroad.Based on the digital twin of petrochemical industry,it can realize the applications of visual management,equipment monitoring and early warning,remote guidance management,production off-line optimization and so on,and significantly improve the intelligent level of petrochemical industry. With the development of digital twin technology,there will be more in-depth applications in the field of petrochemical industry in the future.
