摘要
为了实现区块精细注水及有效注水,提高各区块水驱效率及最终采收率,开展注水井相关的技术研究具有现实意义,同时也对工艺的适用性、措施有效性提出了更高的要求。近些年,水井细分注水、水井调剖已成为区块稳产的关键技术之一,但传统的笼统化学调剖注入药剂量大,平均单井措施费在40万元以上,短期投入产出比相对较低。部分井因地层发育或井筒问题无法实现机械分注。针对此类问题,开展一种新型的投球调剖工艺试验,取得一定认识,为下步推广应用奠定基础。
In order to realize fine water injection and effective water injection in each block,improve water drive efficiency and final recovery,it is of practical significance to carry out technical research related to water injection wells. At the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for the applicability of the process and the effectiveness of measures. In recent years,subdivision water injection and profile control have become one of the key technologies for stable production in the block,However,the traditional general chemical profile control has a large injection dosage,the average single well measure cost is more than 400000 yuan,and the short-term input-output ratio is relatively low. Some wells cannot realize mechanical separate injection due to formation development or well bore problems. In view of such problems,a new type of throwing profile control process test is carried out,and a certain understanding is obtained,which lays a foundation for further popularization and application.
