具有余热回收功能的回转窑结构设计与优化

摘要 回转窑用于烧制锂电池原料,在锂电池原料烧制过程中,热量的回收再利用还处于空缺状态。本文对回转窑的原料烧制腔、气体隔热腔等关键结构进行了优化设计。同时设计了余热回收系统,包括热输送筒、换热液体箱和气体输送管等关键结构。实践结果表明,该回转窑能够降低余热的挥发率,且能够充分地回收和利用余热,从而减少了能耗。 Rotary kiln is used for firing lithium battery raw materials.During the firing process of lithium battery raw materials,the recovery and reuse of heat is still in a vacant state.In this paper,the key structures of the rotary kiln,such as the raw material firing cavity and the gas insulation cavity,are optimized.At the same time,a waste heat recovery system is set up,including key structures such as heat transfer cylinder,heat exchange liquid tank and gas transfer pipe.The results show that the rotary kiln can reduce the volatilization efficiency of waste heat,and can fully recover and utilize waste heat,thereby reducing energy consumption.
