摘要 随着现代化技术和信息技术的快速发展,很多新技术被应用到化工生产工艺中,自动化技术是其中之一。其应用为化工生产带来了极大的便利,增加了技术人员对整个化学工艺的观察能力和调控能力,增加了整个化学工艺的透明度。操作人员只需要对操作台上的数据进行分析和操作就可以实现各项控制,仪器开关可以实现自动化操作,极大地节约了人力,减少了人为操作失误的风险,能极大地降低事故发生的可能,成为化工企业生产的必备技术。随着我国对化工生产准入制度要求越来越高,自动化技术逐渐被广泛引用,来增加化工生产的安全性。自动化技术可以实现很多防差错设计,比如气体传感器感应到某气体浓度过高时,就会自动切除进料口,警报器发出警报,让操作人员有足够的时间进行应急操作和调整。 With the rapid development of modern technology and information technology,many new technologies have been applied to chemical process.Automation technology is one of them.Its application has brought great convenience to chemical production.It increases the observation ability and regulation ability of technicians for the whole chemical process and increases the transparency of the whole chemical process.Operators only need to analyze and operate the data on the console to realize various controls.The instrument switch can realize automatic operation,which greatly saves manpower,reduces the risk of human operation errors,and greatly reduces the possibility of accidents.It has become a necessary technology for the production of chemical enterprises.With China's higher and higher requirements for the access system of chemical production,automation technology is gradually widely used to increase the safety of chemical production.Automation technology can realize many error prevention designs.For example,when the gas sensor senses that the concentration of a certain gas is too high,it will automatically cut off the feed inlet,and the alarm will give an alarm,so that the operator has enough time for emergency operation and adjustment.
