摘要
液压泵与液压马达被视为液压系统的核心构件,随着现代工业自动化生产过程对液压系统的复杂程度、执行效率、精确程度、运行稳定性等要求的不断提升,在进行液压系统设计时,合理选用和使用液压泵与液压马达变得至关重要。文章从分析液压泵与液压马达性能特点、运行原理出发,简要分析了液压泵与液压马达的参数计算方法和选用原则,并结合实际工作场景研提了需重点关注的问题,为合理设计液压系统,提升液压系统稳定性、鲁棒性和运行效率提供了有益思路。
Hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors are regarded as the core components of the hydraulic system.With the continuous improvement of the complexity,execution efficiency,accuracy and operation stability of the hydraulic system in the modern industrial automation production process,when designing the hydraulic system,the rational selection and use of hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors has become critical.The research starts from analyzing the performance characteristics and operating principles of hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors,briefly analyzes the parameter calculation methods and selection principles of hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors,and proposes key issues based on actual work scenarios,in order to rationally design hydraulic systems.,provides a useful idea to improve the stability,robustness and operation efficiency of the hydraulic system.
