摘要
目前赵固一矿西风井压风机只具有现场启动、停止的控制功能,而且各个设备都是单独操作,不能够按照需求自动运行,也不具备数据信息共享和远程控制的功能,不能满足智慧化矿山的要求。压风机自动化系统就是针对这些弊端而设计的,充分满足煤矿企业对压风机控制系统的各项要求,保障了压风机的安全运行,为实现固定岗位无人值守创造条件,提高煤矿的经济效益和管理水平。
At present,Zhaogu No.1 Mine Westwind shaft compressor only has the control function of on-site start and stop,and each equipment is operated independently,which cannot be automatically operated according to requirements,nor does it have the functions of data information sharing and remote control,which cannot meet the requirements of requirements for smart mines.The compressor automation system is designed for these drawbacks,fully meeting the requirements of coal mining enterprises for the compressor control system,ensuring the safe operation of the compressor,creating conditions for the realization of unattended fixed positions,and improving the economic benefits of coal mines.management level.
