低碳氮比污水厂全流程脱氮优化调控及效果

摘要 某污水处理厂受进水水质低碳氮比影响,出水总氮不稳定,污水厂需要投加大量碳源,存在巨大运行压力。在不新增投资、占地等情况下,通过全流程分析,对曝气沉砂池、缺氧池、好氧池进行优化调控,强化脱氮效率,并加强过程精细化管控。通过上述控制策略,出水水质稳定达标,节能降耗也明显提升。 The design scale of a sewage treatment affected by the low carbon-nitrogen ratio of the influent water quality,he sewage treatment plant was under huge operating pressure because of needing to add a large amount of carbon sources and the total nitrogen of the effluent was unstable.Without additional investment,land occupation,etc.,the denitrification efficiency was strengthened through the optimized regulation of aeration grit tank,anoxic tank,and aerobic tank based on the whole process analysis,and the refined control of the process was strengthened. Through the above control strategy,not only the effluent water quality steadily meets the standard,but also energy saving and consumption reduction is significantly improved.
