摘要
细胞分裂素氧化酶/脱氢酶(cytokinin oxidase/dehydrogenase,CKX)通过降解细胞分裂素,调控植物体内细胞分裂素平衡,进而调控植物的生长发育。本研究对玉米基因组中CKX基因(ZmCKX)家族成员进行了鉴定分析,并基于转录组数据分析了ZmCKX基因在正常条件和胁迫条件下多个组织中的表达情况。结果表明:在玉米基因组中鉴定出13个可分为5个亚组的CKX基因家族成员,分布在7条染色体上,CDS长度在1.5~1.7 kb,氨基酸长度在519~582 aa,理论等电点在5.5~8.5,存在4处串联重复;ZmCKX4b基因进化时间最早,ZmCKX9基因进化时间最晚;转录组数据分析表明:13个ZmCKX基因的表达模式存在明显的差异,其中ZmCKX10基因在所有时间点的各个组织中都有比较高的表达量,ZmCKX7~ZmCKX93个基因的表达具有组织特异性。ZmCKX基因在籽粒发育过程和胁迫条件下,呈现多种表达模式。本研究可为深入研究玉米CKX基因家族生物学功能提供一定的理论基础。
In higher plants,cytokinin oxidase/dehydrogenase(CKX)controls cytokinin levels and regulates growth via degradating several forms of cytokinins.In this study,the CKX gene family in maize(ZmCKX)was investigated.bioinformatics analysis of the CKX gene family in maize(ZmCKX)was conducted,and the expression patterns of ZmCKXs in multiple tissues under normal and stress conditions was investigated.The results showed that 13 CKX gene family members were identified in the maize genome,distributed in 7 chromosomes,and divided into 5 phylogenetic subgroups.Their CDS lengths ranged from 1.5 to 1.7 kb,with proteins containing 519~582 amino acids.Their isoelectric point ranged from 5.5 to 8.5.The maize genome had 4 pairs of tandemly repeated CKX genes.The evolution time of ZmCKX4b gene was the earliest,while ZmCKX9 was the latest.The expression patterns of the 13 ZmCKX genes were markedly different.ZmCKX10 was highly expressed in various organs at all time points,while ZmCKX7,ZmCKX8 and ZmCKX9 were expressed in specific tissues.ZmCKX expression patterns varied during grain development and under stress conditions.This study provides a theoretical basis for further study of biological functions of CKX gene family in maize.
