摘要
近年来,随着网络、人工智能、自主系统、大数据等前沿技术的发展与应用,无人机得到了迅猛发展,生产成本越来越低,运用范围越来越广,对核设施等重要目标带来的袭击、肇事、黑飞等空防安全威胁也越来越严重.本文围绕核设施低空防护安全管控需求,深入探讨核设施低空目标防御指挥信息系统平台的功能实现路径.核设施低空目标防御指挥信息系统平台采用开放式架构,功能单元模块化设计既相互独立又密切联系,确保了系统平台稳定高效运行,为核设施低空安全管理提供有力的技术支撑.
In recent years,with the development and application of cutting-edge technologies such as network,artificial intelligence,autonomous system and big data,UAV has achieved rapid development.The production cost is getting lower and lower,the scope of application is becoming wider and wider,and the air defense security threats such as attack,accident and black flight to important targets such as nuclear facilities are becoming more and more serious.Focusing on the requirements of low altitude protection and safety control of nuclear facilities,this paper deeply discusses the functional realization path of low altitude target defense command information system platform of nuclear facilities.The low altitude target defense command information system platform of nuclear facilities adopts an open architecture,and the modular design of functional units is independent and closely related to each other,which ensures the stable and efficient operation of the system platform and provides strong technical support for low altitude safety management of nuclear facilities.
