水玻璃溶液对同步注浆浆液强度的影响规律研究

摘要 富水粉细砂地层注浆往往因浆液不易凝结、跑浆等因素成为施工难点.国内通常采用水泥—水玻璃双浆液注浆的方式解决此类问题.本文以天津地铁11号线为依托,开展水玻璃溶液对水泥砂浆抗压强度的影响规律研究.结果表明:水灰比增加,浆液强度增加,强度随养护周期增加而增加;38和42波美度的水玻璃对抗压强度影响不大. The grouting of water-rich fine sand stratum is difficult in construction because the grout is difficult setting and slurry running.Domestic cement-water glass dual slurry injection method is usually used to solve such problems.Based on Tianjin Metro Line 11,this paper studies the effect of sodium silicate solution on the compressive strength of cement mortar.The results show that with the increase of water cement ratio,the strength of slurry increases,and the strength increases with the increase of curing period;The water glass with 38 and 42 Baume degrees has little effect on the compressive strength.
