Research on the Work of Sci-Tech Talents in Non-Provincial Capital Cities under the Background of High-Quality Development——A Research Report Based on the Situation of R&D Personnel of Integrated Enterprises in Zhuzhou City

科技型企业是城市高质量发展的强力引擎,而研发人员是科技型企业最重要的资源.本文从近几年株洲市入统企业研发人员的总量、人员组成、产业分布、性别结构、学历情况等方面入手,通过数据采集、处理和对比分析等方法,分析该市入统企业研发人员现状和存在的问题,阐明引进和培养研发人员的必要性,并提出具体的意见和建议.

Sci-tech enterprises are the powerful engine of high-quality urban development,and R&D personnel are the most important resources of sci-tech enterprises.Starting from the total amount,personnel composition,industrial distribution,gender structure and educational background of R&D personnel in the unified enterprises in Zhuzhou in recent years,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of R&D personnel in the unified enterprises in Zhuzhou through the methods of data collection,processing and comparative analysis,expounds the necessity of introducing and cultivating R&D personnel,and puts forward specific opinions and suggestions.
