摘要
目的:由于新冠肺炎疫情蔓延,我科探索“微教学”方法应对。方法:选择在我科规培的30名本科生,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各15名。结果:实验组在病例分析和临床医患沟通及技能操作实践评分显著高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“微教学”在目前新冠肺炎疫情下是一种有效的新型教学方法,值得在临床教学中推广。
Objective:Due to the spread of COVID-19 epidemic,our department explored“micro teaching”modality to deal with it.Methods:30 undergraduate students for general practice course in our department were selected and randomly divided into“micro teaching”group and control group,with 15 students each.Results:The scores of basic test,case analysis,patient-physician’communication and perform of clinical skills of“micro teaching”group were significant difference.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The“micro teaching”modality is a new effective teaching methodunder the COVID-19 epidemic,and it is worth popularizing in clinical teaching.
