摘要
目的:了解调查医学研究生的自主学习能力现状及影响因素。方法:对487名硕士研究生进行在校情况、疫情期间线上学习感受、大学生自主学习能力的调查。结果:不同专业的医学研究生学习合作能力存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。年级、对专业的喜好、班级学习氛围等是医学研究生自主学习能力的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:医学硕士研究生自主学习能力总体属于偏上水平,且多个因素影响其自主学习能力。
Objective:To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of medical graduate students’self-learning ability.Methods:School situation,online learning experience during the epidemic period and self-learning ability of 487 graduate students were investigated.Results:There were significant differences in learning cooperation ability among medical postgraduates of different majors(P<0.05).Grade,preference for major and class learning atmosphere were the main influencing factors of Medical Postgraduates’autonomous learning ability(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-learning ability of medical postgraduates belongs to the upper level and many factors affect their self-learning ability.
