以结果为导向的临床思维训练课程的实践研究

The practical research of result-oriented clinical thinking training course

为更好地对比研究临床思维训练课程在临床实践教学中的应用效果,随机选取我校临床医学专业学生,分为对照组和实验组进行研究。实验结束之后,从临床实践技能考核和学生主观评价两个层面进行教学评价,对比对照组和实验组各项目的合格率和优秀率的差异。较于传统教学,在引入能够大幅度提升学生临床思维能力的虚拟病人软件后,学生实践技能考核成绩提升及认可度方面优势明显。

In order to compare the effect of clinical thinking training in clinical practice teaching,the students of clinical medicine were randomly selected and divided into control group and research group.After the experiment,the teaching evaluation was carried out from two aspects of clinical practice skill examination and student subjective evaluation,and the difference of pass rate and excellent rate between A group and B group was compared.compared with the traditional teaching,the virtual patient(VP)software,which can greatly improve the students’clinical thinking ability,has obvious advantages in the improvement of practical skills assessment and students’recognition.
