中青年2型糖尿病患者病耻感现状及影响因素研究

Status quo and influencing factors of stigma on young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes

目的探讨中青年2型糖尿病患者病耻感现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法抽取湖北省十堰市某两所三级甲等医院的中青年2型糖尿病患者210例,采用一般资料调查表、2型糖尿病病耻感评估量表对其进行问卷调查。结果患者病耻感总分(60.90±9.69)分,其中区别对待维度得分(18.70±3.28)分,责怪和评判维度得分(22.90±3.66)分,自我耻辱维度得分为(19.21±4.32)分,多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、病程和家庭人均月收入是中青年2型糖尿病患者病耻感水平的影响因素。结论中青年2型糖尿病患者病耻感处于中等偏高水平,临床护理工作者应根据患者不同年龄、经济状况和疾病病程及时对中青年2型糖尿病患者病耻感进行评估,强化个体化护理干预与管理。

Objective To explore the current status of disease stigma among young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 210 young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes in two tertiary hospitals of Shiy⁃an City,Hubei Province were selected by the convenience sampling method,and surveyed by the general data questionnaire and type 2 diabe⁃tes stigma evaluation scale.Results The total score of patients'stigma was(60.90±9.69),among which the dimension score for different treatment(18.70±3.28),the dimension score for blame and judgment(22.90±3.66),and the score for self-shame dimension(19.21±4.32).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,course of disease and monthly household income per capita were influencing factors for the level of stigma of young and middle-aged type 2 diabetes patients.Conclusion The stigma of middle-aged and young type 2 diabetic patients is at a moderately high level.Clinical nursing workers should timely evaluate the stigma of young and middle-aged type 2 diabetic patients according to their different ages,economic conditions and disease course,and strengthen individualized nursing intervention and management.
