高校法律硕士“时尚法”方向课程设置研究

Research on the course setting of "fashion law" for Master of Law in universities

我国高校法律硕士的课程体系中,有关“时尚法”方向课程设置的研究尚属空白。文章以时尚行业与法律专业交叉发展为背景,设置能够为时尚行业输送兼具专业性与实践性法律人才的“时尚法”方向课程,使“时尚法”课程内容与时尚行业对复合型法律人才的要求相契合。通过借鉴国外培养方案等方法,明确“时尚法”的体系和范围,设置了一套科学完整的法律硕士“时尚法”方向课程方案,为“时尚法”人才培养添砖加瓦。

In the curriculum system of Master of Law(LLM) in Chinese universities, there is still a gap in the research on the curriculum setting of "fashion law". In this paper, we take the cross-development of fashion industry and law profession as the background, and create a "fashion law" course that can provide both professional and practical legal talents for fashion industry to make the content of "fashion law" course meet the requirements of fashion industry for inter-disciplinary legal talents. By drawing on overseas training programs and other methods, the article clarifies the system and scope of "fashion law" and sets up a scientific and complete curriculum program of "fashion law" for LLM, which adds to the training of "fashion law" talents.
