功能性便秘是临床常见疾病,近年来发病率逐年升高。任顺平教授分析功能性便秘核心病机是胃气不降,大肠传导失司。在诊疗过程中始终注重“以通为用”“以降为顺”,主张从“木土关系”论治功能性便秘,即以健脾化湿、降气和胃、疏肝解郁大法为主,配合宣降肺气法、清肠通腑法,以“通降”理论为轴线贯穿便秘诊治的始终。任师提倡病证相合,从升降角度来辨证施治,将功能性便秘分为肠道气滞证、湿热蕴肠证、阴虚肠燥证3种常见证型,疗效卓著。附验案1则以佐证。

Functional constipation is a common clinical disease,and its incidence is increasing year by year in recent years.Professor Ren Shunping analyzed that the core pathogenesis of functional constipation was the failure of gastric qi and the loss of intestinal conduction.In the process of diagnosis and treatment,he always pays attention to the principle of“promoting circulation”and“reducing circulation”.He advocates the treatment of functional constipation from the“relationship between wood and soil”,that is,the method of invigorating spleen and dampness,reducing qi and stomach,relieving depression and relieving liver,with the method of promoting lung qi and clearing intestines,and the theory of“promoting circulation”as the axis throughout the treatment of syndrome differentiation.Professor Ren advocated the combination of disease and syndrome,and divided the disease into three common types on the basis of syndrome differentiation,including intestinal qi stagnation,dampness-heat accumulation of intestine,and Yin deficiency and intestinal dryness,with outstanding curative effect.Attached 1 case to prove.
