柴胡疏肝散合丹参饮治疗冠心病合并焦虑临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined with Danshen Drink in Treating Coronary Heart Disease with Anxiety

目的观察分析运用柴胡疏肝散合丹参饮治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(气滞血瘀型)合并焦虑的临床疗效。方法根据纳入标准,抽选至本溪市中医院门诊就诊的符合条件的64例患者,应用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组(32例)以及对照组(32例)。2组西医治疗均严格遵循冠心病二级预防标准用药,治疗组则在此基础上联合服用中药制剂。观察患者治疗前后的中医证候积分,心绞痛CCS分级、发作次数、发作持续时间、发作时严重程度、硝酸甘油应用情况、汉密尔顿焦虑量表,记录并进行统计学分析。结果根据数据分析研究得出,治疗后,中医证候疗效方面,治疗组的总有效率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);从中医证候积分方面来看,治疗组与对照组积分数均较研究开始时降低(P<0.05),而治疗组积分数降幅较对照组更为明显(P<0.05);心绞痛疗效方面评估,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);硝酸甘油停减率方面,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);焦虑状态改善上,治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散合丹参饮能有效改善冠心病稳定型心绞痛(气滞血瘀型)合并焦虑患者的临床症状,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of using Chaihu Shugan powder and Danshen drink in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis)with anxiety.Methods According to the inclusion criteria,64 eligible patients who were selected to the outpatient clinic of our hospital were selected and divided into a treatment group(32 cases)and a control group(32 cases)using a random number table.The two groups of Western medicine treatment strictly followed the standard medication for secondary prevention of coronary heart disease,and the treatment group took Chinese medicine preparations on this basis.The patient.s traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores before and after treatment,angina pectoris CCS classification,number of attacks,duration of attacks,severity of attacks,application of nitroglycerin,Hamilton anxiety scale were recorded and analyzed.Results According to data analysis and research,after treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes is better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two is statistically significant(P<0.05).From the perspective of TCM syndrome scores,the scores of the treatment group and the control group were lower than that at the beginning of the study(P<0.05),while the scores of the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05),in terms of angina pectoris efficacy assessed,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was clearly statistically significant(P<0.05),in terms of the stop rate of nitroglycerin,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference is clearly statistically significant(P<0.05),in terms of improvement in anxiety,the total effective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two is statistically significant significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Shugan powder and Danshen drink can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)combined with anxiety,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
