补中益气汤联合耳穴压贴治疗消化道肿瘤癌因性疲乏临床观察

Clinical Observation on Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with Auricular Point Sticking in the Treatment of Cancer-related Fatigue of Digestive Tract Tumor

目的探讨补中益气汤联合耳穴压贴治疗消化道肿瘤癌因性疲乏(CRF)的临床疗效。方法将86例消化道肿瘤CRF患者随机分为对照组(43例)和观察组(43例),对照组给予王不留行籽耳压贴穴治疗,观察组在对照组加用补中益气汤治疗,疗程为3个月。比较2组治疗前后的PFS与KPS评分及临床疗效。结果治疗前,2组PFS与KPS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,第1、2、3个疗程的PFS/KPS评分均较治疗前显著降低/升高(P<0.05),而且第1、2、3个疗程的PFS/KPS评分呈逐渐降低/升高趋势,观察组各时间点的PFS/KPS评分明显低/高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗3个疗程后的总体有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味补中益气汤联合耳穴贴压治疗消化道肿瘤CRF,能明显改善PFS与KPS评分,提高临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of digestive tract cancer due fatigue(CRF).Methods 86 patients with gastrointestinal tumor CRF were randomly divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43).The control group was treated with auricular point sticking by cowherb seed,and observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the base of control group.The course of treatment was 3 months.PFS and KPS scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no statistical significance in PFS and KPS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),PFS/KPS scores in the first,second and third courses after treatment were significantly lower/higher than before treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,the PFS/KPS score of the first,second and third courses was gradually decreased/increased,and the PFS/KPS score of the observation group at each time point was significantly lower/higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The overall effective rate of the observation group was after 3 courses of treatment,which was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with auricular point sticking can significantly improve PFS and KPS scores and improve clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with digestive tract tumor CRF.
