鼾症相关性高血压病的中医治疗体会

Experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Snoring Related Hypertension

睡眠呼吸暂停综合征相关性高血压病较普通高血压易并发更为严重的靶器官损害,因其诊断技术未能广泛应用于各级医院、治疗方法局限及治疗效果因人而异等原因,其相关研究较少。鼾症是其发生发展的早期,与其直接密切相关,鼾症相关性高血压病的诊断简单易行,中医诊疗的可操作性强。笔者从事心血管病专业,虽工作年限不长,但在积极学习与应用中药汤剂的过程中发现,应用引火汤合半夏厚朴汤加减治疗鼾症相关性高血压病,体会对眩晕证属肝阳上亢证、痰浊中阻证、气血亏虚证、肾精不足证等均疗效明显,患者自觉夜间睡眠质量改善、日间精神状态改善、打鼾减轻、无夜间憋气,且血压相对平稳、清晨血压下降、血压逐渐控制达标等。

Sleep apnea syndrome associated hypertension is more likely to be complicated with more serious target organ damage than common hypertension.Due to the lack of widely application of its diagnostic technology in hospitals at all levels,the limitation of treatment methods and the different treatment effect from person to person,there are few related studies.Snoring is the early stage of its occurrence and development,which is directly related to snoring.The diagnosis of snoring related hypertension is simple and easy,and the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is operable.Although the author have not worked for a long time in the major of cardiovascular disease,in the process of active learning and application of traditional Chinese medicine decoction,the author found that the application of Yinhuo decoction and Banxia Houpu decoction in the treatment of snoring related hypertension has obvious curative effect on those syndrome differentiations of vertigo,such as hyperactivity of liver yang,obstruction of phlegm,deficiency of qi and blood,deficiency of kidney essence,etc.During the day,the patients were aware of the mental state was improved,snoring was alleviated,no suffocation at night,the blood pressure was relatively stable,the blood pressure decreased in the morning,and the blood pressure was gradually controlled to reach the standard.
