摘要
目的探讨基于“四维评价模型”的中医青年人才培养模式的成效。方法选取遵义市中医院具有研究生学历职工26例,分为观察组和对照组,每组13例。观察组纳入人才培养计划,对照组不做特殊要求。观察2年培养周期后,2组在科研能力、成长能力、临床能力、团队能力的各项指标的变化。结果在正式纳入人才培养计划前,2组成员在科研能力、成长能力、临床能力、团队能力比较差异无统计学意义,纳入人才培养计划后,观察组的上述各项指标增长幅度高于纳入人才培养计划前,且观察组高于对照组。结论基于“四维评价模型”的中医青年人才培养模式能有效提高中医青年人才的积极性及工作热情,有效提高中医青年人才培养效率,为培养新时期中医青年人才提供新的思路。
Objective To discuss the effect of training young talents of traditional Chinese medicine based on“4D Evaluation Model”.Methods 26 employees with postgraduate qualification serving Zunyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and categorized into two groups:13 ones in the observation group and 13 ones in the control group.The observation group was involved into the talent development program,with no specific requirements for the control group,for the purpose of observing the changes of both groups in terms of research capability,growth capability,clinical capability and teamwork capability after a 2-year training cycle.Results Before the official involvement of talent development program,there was no significantly comparative difference between both groups,from the perspectives of research capability,growth capability,clinical capability and teamwork capability.However,the aforesaid indicators of the observation group were increased by a big margin after the involvement,compared to those of the control group.Conclusion The training model for young talents of traditional Chinese medicine based on“4D Evaluation Model”can effectively enhance the enthusiasm of young talents,strengthen the training efficiency and provide new ideas for the cultivation of young talents of traditional Chinese medicine in the new era.
