基于重负荷载重卡车刹车系统全自动实时温度控制与危险警示的行车安全保障系统

针对目前载重卡车存在的安全隐患,该文在深度剖析现阶段载重卡车刹车系统,降温装置的原理和不足基础上,提出一种更完善的降温装置方案。此装置预计功能为可通过自动感测温度装置,一系列数据设定、处理转换装置与最终制动喷液系统的配合,实现实时测控、预警与各处针对性的高效降温,有效解决目前存在的各方面安全隐患与经济损失。

Aiming at the safety hazards of the current heavy trucks, this paper studies on the basis of in-depth analysis of the principle and deficiency of braking system and cooling device of truck at present, a more perfect scheme of cooling device is put forward. The expected functions of this device are as follows, through the cooperation of automatic temperature sensing device, a series of data setting, processing and conversion devices and the final brake liquid spraying system, realtime measurement and control, early warning and efficient cooling everywhere can be realized, which has effectively solved the existing security risks and economic losses.
