新济人才小区标准层铝合金模板设计技术交底

摘要 确保现场施工技术人员和各级管理人员熟悉工程特点、铝模板技术要求、施工工艺、工程难点和铝模板施工操作要点,加快施工进度,提高施工质量,在高密新济高端人才小区20^(#)—23^(#)楼进入施工之前进行铝合金模板施工专项设计。为确保项目技术沟通零歧义,铝模设计零错误,项目相关疑点问题整理成《标准层铝合金模板设计技术交底》,作为附加依据进行铝模板设计。从铝模技术交底角度出发,分别对专项设计中的通用技术问题和专门的绘图细节进行技术交底,并与甲乙双方进行沟通,结合双方的沟通及后续进展,表明铝模技术安全可靠,有效提高施工质量,缩短施工周期。 To ensure that the on-site construction technicians and managers at all levels are familiar with the engineering characteristics, technical requirements of aluminum form work, construction technology, engineering difficulties, and operation points of aluminum formwork construction, speed up the construction progress and improve the construction quality, the special design of aluminum formwork construction is carried out before the 20^(#)—23^(#)building of Gaomi Xinji High-end Talent Community enters the construction. In order to ensure zero ambiguity in project technical communication and zero error in aluminum mold design, the project related questions are sorted out as Standard Layer Aluminum Alloy Mold Design Technology Disclosure as additional basis for aluminum mold design. From the perspective of aluminum mold technology, the general technical problems and special drawing details in the special design are technically explained, and the communication with both parties is carried out. Combined with the communication and follow-up progress of both sides, it shows that the aluminum mold technology is safe and reliable, effectively improves the construction quality and shortens the construction period.
