摘要
当前,房屋建筑主要受到建设工程规模、施工方式及质量标准等影响,要想达到标准要求,则要提高管理层次,创新管理模式,通过全方位管理,满足质量标准要求。传统房屋建筑工程项目管理模式不符合现代的要求,完整工程建设周期中,无法协调建设方、设计方、咨询单位及承包方等机构,面对复杂的问题不能及时沟通,影响工期与进度。为解决上述问题,该文主要通过对建设工程项目管理模式类型阐述,提出建设工程项目管理模式新应用、新措施,确保工程建设质量和进度。
At present, housing construction is mainly influenced by the scale of construction projects, construction methods and quality standards. To meet the standard requirements, we should improve the management level, innovate the management mode, and meet the quality standard requirements through all-round management. The traditional housing construction project management mode does not meet the modern requirements. In the complete project construction cycle, it is unable to coordinate the construction party, designer, consulting unit, contractor and other institutions, and unlikely to communicate in time in the face of complex problems, affecting the construction period and progress. To solve the above problems, this paper mainly expounds the types of construction project management mode, and puts forward new applications and measures of construction project management mode, ensure construction quality and progress.
