摘要 我国工业化发展水平不断提高,在这样的大背景下,工业技术也实现跨越式创新,在工业加工生产领域中,需要多种技术支撑,才能提高工业化生产加工水平,其中数控高速切削技术是主要技术之一,在工业化生产中占据主导地位,随着技术的逐渐成熟,已经在汽车、航空航天和模具制造等很多领域实现应用,机械切削加工技术融入数控元素已经成为现实,提高切削加工整体的效率,能够避免出现失误,保证机械制造质量与安全。该文主要通过对数控高速切削加工技术分析,详细阐述技术应用特点和优势,提出相应措施。 China’s industrialization development level is constantly improving. In this context, industrial technology has also achieved leapfrog innovation. In the field of industrial processing and production, a variety of technical support is needed to improve the level of industrial production and processing. Among them, CNC high-speed machining technology is one of the main technologies, which occupies a leading position in industrial production. With the gradual maturity of the technology. It has been applied in many fields, such as automobile, aerospace and mold manufacturing, and the integration of mechanical cutting technology into numerical control elements has become a reality. Improving the overall efficiency of cutting can avoid mistakes and ensure the quality and safety of mechanical manufacturing. Based on the analysis of CNC high-speed cutting technology, this paper expounds the application characteristics and advantages of the technology in detail,and puts forward the corresponding measures.
