自拟祛风润燥消疕丸治疗寻常型银屑病临床观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Self-made Qufeng Runzao Xiaobi Pills in the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris for 122 Cases

目的观察运用自拟祛风润燥消疕丸治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法临床对122例确诊为寻常型银屑病患者,随机分为治疗组61例、对照组61例。对照组患者采用西医治疗,治疗组单纯口服自拟“祛风润燥消疕丸”进行治疗。采用严重性指数(PASI)对2组患者治疗前后综合皮损评分情况进行数据分析对比,评价2组患者临床治疗效果和不良反应的发生概率,并对2组治愈患者病例进行为期2年跟踪随访,统计复发率。结果治疗后,2组患者的PASI评分均出现不同程度下降;对2组达治愈患者进行为期2年跟踪随访统计,2组群均存在不同程度复发率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟祛风润燥消疕丸对寻常型银屑病疗效确切,安全,无害,无明显不良反应,且临床应用便捷,复发率低,具有较高的推广应用价值,值得继续进一步研究和探讨。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qufeng Runzao Xiaobi pills in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris for 122 cases.Methods 122 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine.The treatment group took self-made Qufeng Runzao Xiaobi pills 9g every morning and evening.The comprehensive scores of skin lesions before and after treatment were analyzed and compared by severity index(PASI),and the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated.The cured patients in the two groups were followed up for 2 years to calculate the recurrence rate.Results After treatment,the PASI scores of the two groups decreased in varying degrees.The cured patients in both groups were followed up for 2 years.There was significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Qufeng Runzao Xiaobi pills are effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,safe and harmless,no obvious adverse reactions,convenient clinical application and low recurrence rate.It has high popularization and application value and is worthy of further research and discussion.
