半夏泻心汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Patients with Ulcerative Colitis on Anti-inflammation and Intestinal Flora Regulation

目的研究溃疡性结肠炎患者采用半夏泻心汤治疗的效果以及对炎症、肠道菌群的调节功效。方法抽选2019年7月—2020年7月院内诊治的118例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(59例,实施常规西药治疗)与观察组(59例,在此基础上加入半夏泻心汤治疗)。比较2组治疗前后的肠道菌群菌落数、致炎细胞因子、粪便标志物、Baron内镜评分。结果观察组治疗后的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌菌落数高于对照组,而肠杆菌、肠球菌菌落数低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组治疗后的白介素(IL)-4、IL-10水平高于对照组,而IL-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、粪便钙卫蛋白(FCP)、人S100钙结合蛋白A12(S100A12)水平和Baron内镜评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用半夏泻心汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎,能快速抑制炎症反应,调节患者的肠道菌群,促使疾病快速转归。

Objective To study the effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction in patients with ulcerative colitis and its regulating effect on inflammation and intestinal flora.Methods 118 patients with ulcerative colitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2019 to July2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into a control group(59 cases were treated with conventional western medicine treatment)and observation group(59 cases were treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction on the basis of the control group)according to a random number table method.The number of intestinal flora,inflammatory cytokines,stool markers,Baron endoscopy scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus colonies in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,while the colonies of Enterobacter and Enterococcus were lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05),the levels of interleukin(IL)-4 and IL-10 in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,while IL-1β,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),fecal calprotectin(FCP),the level of human S100 calbindin A12(S100A12)and the Baron endoscopy score were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Banxia Xiexin decoction to treat ulcerative colitis can quickly inhibit the inflammatory response,regulate the patient’s intestinal flora,and promote the rapid return of the disease.
