摘要
肾性蛋白尿是肾脏疾病患者最常见的临床表现之一,也是导致肾功能进行性恶化的独立危险因素,减少尿蛋白是肾脏疾病患者治疗的重要目标。临床治疗肾性蛋白尿除使用ACEI、ARB、糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂治疗外,对肾病患者的饮食也有严格的要求。多数患者普遍采用低盐、低脂、优质低蛋白饮食,但严格的饮食控制通常使得患者感受到生活质量下降,且有些患者对西药治疗不耐受。为保证患者生活质量,提高临床治疗肾性蛋白尿的有效性,李明权教授运用药膳(乌鱼汤)辅助治疗肾病患者蛋白尿。通过中医食疗法,发挥中医药优势,为肾病患者带去福祉。
Renal proteinuria is one of the most common clinical manifestations in patients with renal disease,and it is also an independent risk factor leading to progressive deterioration of renal function,reducing urinary protein is an important goal of treatment for patients with renal disease.Clinical treatment of renal proteinuria in addition to the use of ACEI,ARB,glucocorticoid and immunosuppressant treatment,the diet of kidney patients also has strict requirements.Most patients generally adopt a low salt,low fat,high quality and low protein diet,but strict dietary control usually makes patients experience a decline in quality of life,and some patients are intolerant to western medicine treatment.In order to ensure the quality of life of patients and improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment of renal proteinuria,Professor Li Mingquan used medicinal diet(Wuyu decoction)to assist in the treatment of renal proteinuria.Through the traditional Chinese medicine food therapy,it will give play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,and bring benefits to patients with kidney disease.
