基于中医传承辅助平台探析《傅山男科》痰嗽门治痰规律

Research of Medication Rules for phlegm syndrome in Fushan Nanke Based on TCMISS

目的分析《傅山男科》中的痰嗽门治痰方剂用药规律,以期为中医男科治疗痰证用药提供参考和研究思路。方法收集《傅青主男科》中痰嗽门中所记载的治痰方剂,应用中医传承辅助平台(V 2.5)软件,构建数据库,对数据库进行四气、五味、归经分布、频次统计、关联规则方面的分析,并基于此分析总结新方。结果对痰嗽门中所载的13首治痰方剂进行分析,频次前3位的常用药物是茯苓、陈皮、甘草;常用药物组合出现频次>4的组合共20组,前2位的组合是陈皮、茯苓,甘草、茯苓。药物四气分析发现温性药物使用频次最高,平性药次之;五味分析发现甘味药物使用频次最高,辛味和苦味药次之。药物归经分析发现归脾经的药物最多,次之的是肺、心、肾、胃。结论各类痰证表现不完全相同,其根本亦并不完全相同,傅山对其分类归纳讨论,寻其根本论治之,总求之于脾肾,标本同治,这对于我们在临床中处理痰证有积极的意义。

Objective To research of medication rules for phlegm syndrome in Fushan Nanke,so as to provide reference for andrologist of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of phlegm and the research train of thought.Methods The prescriptions recorded in the chapter of phlegm in Fushan Nanke were collected and typed into TCMISS to build the database,to analyze four properties,five flavors,the distribution of meridian tropism,frequencies,association rules and complex system entropy cluster analysis on the above prescriptions.Results All 13 prescriptions recordedin the content of phlegm were analyzed,the top three herbs were Poria cocos,tangerine peel,licorice.There were 20 coupletherbs which were commonly used with the frequency more than 4 times,and the top two couplet herbs were Poria cocos,tangerine peel,Poria cocos-licorice.Regarding four properties,five flavors,meridian tropism of the herbs,the frequencies of sweet warm herbs were the highest,the analysis of the meridian tropism of the herbs showed that the herbs entering the spleen meridian were the most,the next were lung,heart,kidney and stomach.Conclusion There are many different kinds of phlegm,Fu Qingzhu treats it with the method of invigorating spleen and tonifying.This method has its positive significance for treating phlegm.
