基于数据挖掘探讨《太平惠民和剂局方》痰饮论治组方规律

Discussion on the Prescription Rules of Phlegm and Fluid Retention in Taiping Huimin Heji Ju Fang Based on Data Mining

基于中医传承辅助平台V 3.0软件,运用关联规则算法、k均值聚类分析等数据挖掘方法,对《太平惠民和剂局方》中治痰饮篇的常用药物进行统计,并挖掘其核心药物组合和组方规律。结果共收集到《太平惠民和剂局方》中的方剂44首,涉及中药79味,使用频次占前5位的中药分别是半夏、人参、茯苓、干姜、生姜;通过数据挖掘发现核心药物组合13个,药物组合关联规则7个,核心处方3首。分析结果提示《太平惠民和剂局方》中治痰饮篇用药以辛甘温类药物及归肺、脾、胃经的药物为主;核心药物组合强调“燥湿化痰、理气和中”的立法原则。数据挖掘结果较好地反映了《太平惠民和剂局方》中痰饮论治的用药特色,可为现代中医临床治疗痰饮提供参考。

Based on the V 3.0 software of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,the association rule algorithm,kmeans clustering analysis and other data mining methods are used to count the commonly used drugs in the treatment of phlegm and drink in the Taiping Huimin Heji Ju Fang,and dig its core drug combination and prescription rules.Results A total of 44 prescriptions in Taiping Huimin Heji Ju Fang were collected,involving 79 Chinese medicines.The top 5 Chinese medicines used were pinellia,ginseng,poria,dried ginger and ginger,it was found through data mining.There are 13 core drug combinations,7 commonly used drug pairs,and 3 core prescriptions.The analysis results suggest that the drugs used in the Taiping Huimin Heji Ju Fang for treating phlegm are mainly pungent and warming drugs and drugs that return to the lung,spleen,and stomach meridian,the core drug combination emphasizes“drying dampness and resolving phlegm,regulating qi”.The data mining results better reflect the medication characteristics of phlegm-yin treatment in Taiping Huimin Heji Ju Fang,which can provide reference for modern Chinese medicine clinical treatment of phlegm-yin.
