通窍止鼽汤治疗过敏性鼻炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tongqiao Zhiqiu Decoction in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的探究通窍止鼽汤治疗过敏性鼻炎(AR)临床效果。方法选择2019年8月—2020年6月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九六七医院收治的AR患者90例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各45例。对照组给予盐酸左西替利嗪口服液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予通窍止鼽汤治疗。比较2组治疗效果、免疫球蛋白(Ig E)水平、临床症状积分及安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组Ig E水平、临床症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组Ig E水平低于对照组,鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏及鼻氧等症状评分低于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通窍止鼽汤治疗能够增强过敏性鼻炎患者免疫功能,减轻炎症反应,改善临床症状,减少不良反应,具有一定推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tongqiao Zhiqiu decoction in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 90 AR patients admitted to No.967 Hospital of Joint Service Support Force of Chinese People’s Liberation Army from August 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride oral liquid,and the observation group was treated with Tongqiao Zhiqiu decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,immunoglobulin(Ig E)level,clinical symptom score and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference in Ig E levels and clinical symptom scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the Ig E level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the scores of symptoms such as nasal congestion,runny nose,sneezing and nasal oxygen were lower than those of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongqiao Zhiqiu decoction can enhance the immune function of patients with allergic rhinitis,reduce inflammation,improve clinical symptoms,and reduce adverse reactions.It has certain promotion and application value.
