平喘止咳露联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童过敏性咳嗽临床观察

Clinical Observation on Montelukast Combined with Pingchuan Zhike Dew in the Treatment of Allergic Cough in Children

目的探讨孟鲁司特片联合南京中医药大学连云港附属医院院内制剂平喘止咳露治疗儿童过敏性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法选取2019年10月—2020年12月经儿科门诊收治的过敏性咳嗽患儿60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组患儿30例。治疗过程中均停用抗生素、激素、抗组胺药及其他止咳类药物,对照组应用孟鲁司特治疗,观察组应用孟鲁司特联合平喘止咳露治疗,4周为一个疗程。观察并评估2组患儿临床疗效、2组咳嗽症状积分以及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞EOS及血清Ig E水平差异。结果2组患儿治疗前后临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,经卡方检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患儿治疗后症状积分均较治疗前降低,组间比较P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。2组患儿治疗后外周血嗜酸性粒细胞EOS计数、血清Ig E水平较治疗前下降,组间比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论孟鲁司特联合平喘止咳露治疗儿童过敏性咳嗽可缓解临床症状,降低患儿日间及夜间咳嗽症状积分,降低患儿外周血嗜酸性粒细胞EOS计数及血清Ig E水平,优于单一孟鲁司特治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of montelukast combined with Pingchuan Zhike dew on allergic cough in children.Methods From October 2019to December 2020,60 children with allergic cough were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the method of random number table.Each group had 30 children.During the treatment,antibiotics,hormones,antihistamines and other antitussive drugs were all stopped.The control group was treated with montelukast and the observation group was treated with montelukast combined with Pingchuan Zhike dew,with a course of treatment for four weeks.The clinical effect,cough symptom score,peripheral blood eosinophil EOS and serum Ig E levels were observed and evaluated between two groups.Results The comparison of the total clinical efficacy between the two groups before and after treatment showed that the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)according to chi-square statistics.After treatment,symptom scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the peripheral blood eosinophil EOS count and serum Ig E level of children in the two groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the comparison between the two groups was P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Montelukast combined with Pingchuan Zhike dew in the treatment of allergic cough in children can alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce the scores of cough symptoms in the daytime and at night,and reduce the EOS count of eosinophilic granulocytes and serum Ig E level in children,which is better than montelukast alone,and is worthy of clinical application.
