康复护理及中医穴位贴敷与穴位按摩对脑卒中患者康复效果的影响

The Influence of Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with Acupoint Application and Acupoint Massage on Stroke Patients

目的探讨康复护理及中医穴位贴敷与穴位按摩对脑卒中患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2019年10月—2021年1月医院接收的患有脑卒中患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(41例)和对照组(41例)。对照组采用康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行中医穴位贴敷与穴位按摩。干预后,对患者临床效果进行评估,比较2组患者护理后恢复情况,护理效果以及临床功能量表评分。结果护理后,观察组患者MBI以及FMA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者护理效果评价、满意度以及生存质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者睡眠质量指数低于对照组(P<0.05),自我效能感评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于患有脑卒中的患者,采用康复护理及中医穴位贴敷于穴位按摩处理能够促进患者恢复,提高日常自理能力,能够增强护理满意度,提高生活质量,有助于改善睡眠质量,提高自我效能感。

Objective To investigate the influence of rehabilitation nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and acupoint massage on the rehabilitation effect of stroke patients.Methods A total of 82 stroke patients admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group of 41 cases and a control group of 41 cases according to the digital table method.The control group received rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.After the intervention,the clinical effect of the patients was evaluated,and the recovery,nursing effect and clinical function scale scores of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After nursing,the MBI and FMA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing effect evaluation,satisfaction and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the self-efficacy score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with stroke,the use of rehabilitation nursing and traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and acupoint massage can promote the patient’s recovery,improve daily self-care ability,enhance nursing satisfaction,improve the quality of life,help to improve sleep quality,and improve self-efficacy.
