摘要
2型糖尿病和高尿酸血症密切相关,相互影响。此文在梳理文献的基础上,分析中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症的临床意义、治疗现状以及相关问题,主要从中医药的角度探讨了2型糖尿病和高尿酸血症的病理机制、代表性复合处方和治疗前景。
Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and Hyperuricemia(HUA)are closely related and interact with each other.Based on the literature review,this paper analyzed the clinical significance,treatment status and related problems of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperuricemia,mainly discussed the pathological mechanism,representative compound prescription and treatment prospect of type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperuricemia from the perspective of Chinese medicine.
