Design of an Automatic Laminating Mechanism

针对现代电子显示产品生产过程中,人工覆膜方法存在的覆膜精度低、效率低、一致性差和膜材损耗率高等问题,设计了一种自动化覆膜机构。该覆膜机构实现了背光显示产品生产过程中的自动化覆膜。经实际应用表明,该机构提高了生产效率,节省了人力成本,解决了人工覆膜一致性差和膜材损耗率高的问题,具有广阔应用前景。

Aiming at the problems of low lamination accuracy, low efficiency, poor consistency and high film loss rate in the production process of modern electronic display products, an automatic laminating mechanism is designed to realize the automatic lamination in the production process of backlight display products, which has been practically applied to improve the production efficiency, save manpower cost and solve the problems of poor consistency and high film loss rate of manual laminating.
