摘要
极近距离煤层由于其煤层间距小,导致诸多巷道布置及支护问题。基于此,辽源煤业公司针对三采区内8号、9号近距离煤层分层开采后,9号煤层顶板受相临煤层采空区影响支护困难,设计了回采顺槽的锚杆(索)+金属网+钢带联合支护参数;与原工字钢棚支护相比,改善了巷道受力状况,减少了巷道围岩的变形量,降低了工人的劳动强度,掘进速度快,衔接顺畅,保障了矿井安全高效生产。
The small spacing between coal seams in very close coal seams leads to many problems in roadway layout and support. Liaoyuan Coal Company designed the anchor rod(cable) + metal mesh + steel belt joint support parameters for the back-mining chute, which improved the force condition of the roadway, reduced the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway, reduced the labour intensity of workers, fast digging speed and smooth jointing with the original I-beam shed support, in response to the difficulties in supporting the top plate of No. 9 coal seam after the seam splitting of No. 8 and No. 9 coal seam in the third mining area. The tunneling speed is faster and the connection is smoother, which ensures the safe and efficient production of the mine.
