摘要
为了解决矿用对旋轴流主通风机效率低、稳定性差的问题,应用压气机的叶片成型技术,对矿用对旋轴流主通风机的叶轮结构进行改进。结合成熟的旋转式结构设计理念,采用腹板作用力的方法,使鼓形的重量得到明显的降低,并采用不同锥角定位块,精确调整风机叶片角度,减少同一水平的叶片角度。通过空载调试、并网运行、性能测试和运行测试,结果显示,该系统的风量、效率等性能指标有了较大的改善,运行安全、可靠,完全符合煤矿企业的使用需求。
In order to solve the common problems of low efficiency and poor stability of mining counter-rotating axial flow main ventilators,the impeller structure of mining counter-rotating axial flow main ventilators was improved by applying the blade forming technology of the compressor. Combined with the proven rotating structure design concept, the method of web action force is used to make the weight of the drum shape significantly reduced, and different taper angle positioning blocks are used to precisely adjust the fan blade angle and reduce the blade angle at the same level. Through no-load commissioning, grid-connected operation, performance testing and operational testing,the results show that the system’s air volume, efficiency and other performance indicators have been greatly improved, and the operation is safe, reliable and fully in line with the needs of coal mining enterprises.
