摘要
为进一步提升综采工作面生产的安全性和生产效率,在对顶底板采用锚杆+锚索联合支护方式的基础上,对液压支架的工作阻力进行合理设计。以南梁煤矿1号煤层所属工作面为研究对象,在对其顶底板参数研究的基础上,通过理论计算得出浅沟谷和深沟谷对应液压支架的合理工作阻力,通过构建实验模型对该工作面对应液压支架的工作阻力进行模拟,最终得出合理的液压支架工作阻力。
In order to further improve the safety and productivity of the production of the comprehensive mining working face, the working resistance of the hydraulic bracket needs to be reasonably designed on the basis of the combined support method of anchor rod + anchor cable for the top and bottom plates. Taking the working face belonging to No. 1 coal seam as an example, based on the study of its top and bottom plate parameters, the reasonable working resistance of the hydraulic support corresponding to shallow and deep gullies is obtained through theoretical calculation, and the working resistance of the hydraulic support corresponding to this working face is simulated through the construction of an experimental model, and a reasonable working resistance of the hydraulic support is finally obtained.
