摘要
为解决实际生产中由于S弯区域水平弯曲角角度过大所导致的能耗增大、磨损严重等问题,在对刮板输送机基本结构和S弯区域水平弯曲角形成机理研究的基础上,完成了S弯区域水平弯曲角优化系统结构的总体设计,并选用最有效的MBA改进蝙蝠优化算法进行优化。实际应用表明,S弯区域水平弯曲角优化后,刮板输送机每年可节约电费约72万元,刮板输送机链轮组件的使用寿命可延长至18个月。
In order to solve the problems of increasing energy consumption and serious wear caused by the excessive horizontal bending angle in S-bend area in actual production, the overall design of the structure of S-bend area horizontal bending angle optimization system is completed based on the study of the basic structure of scraper conveyor and the formation mechanism of horizontal bending angle in S-bend area, and the most effective MBA improved bat optimization algorithm is selected for optimization. The practical application shows that after the horizontal bending angle optimization, the scraper conveyor can save electricity cost about 720,000 Yuan per year;the service life of the scraper conveyor sprocket assembly can be extended to 18 months.
