摘要
针对潞安化工集团A矿2103运输巷在过F3断层时,顶板离层严重,出现破碎冒落现象,基于该矿2103运输巷工程概况,介绍了顶板原支护方案,分析了其存在的不足,并提出了一系列联合支护方案。该方案通过应用撞楔实施超前支护,应用丝杠柱开展临时空顶支护,并借助注浆锚杆来完成终极加固支护,综合应用这些联合支护方案后,过F3断层期间该巷道顶板下沉量小于120 mm,顶板离层破碎冒落现象得到有效控制,更好地保障了巷道的安全高效掘进。
Based on the project overview of the 2103 transportation road in Lu’an Chemical Group A Mine, the original support scheme of the roof plate was introduced, its shortcomings were analyzed, and a series of joint support schemes were proposed, which include over-supporting by applying crashing wedge, temporary empty roof support by applying wire bar pillar, and ultimate reinforcement support by slurry anchor. After the comprehensive application of these joint support solutions, the top slab sinking during the F3 fault was less than120 mm after field observation, and the phenomenon of top slab breakage and fall was effectively controlled, which better guaranteed the safe and efficient roadway digging and achieved better application results.
