矿井通风机风量测试系统及功能验证

摘要 以2K56-No30型通风机为研究对象,通过风量测试系统测试通风机性能,在风硐处布设18个风速传感器对某矿通风机的通风性能进行风量计算,由风速传感器测得的各测点风速代入风量计算公式测得通风总风量,并对计算结果进行误差矫正处理。将所得数据与通风机实际出厂风量进行对比,发现该系统的测量误差小于0.5 m/s。试验表明,该系统测算结果精准性高,同时该通风机工作性能较好,可以保证煤矿的正常供风需求。 Taking the 2K56-No30 ventilator as an example,an airflow test system was used to test the performance of a ventilation fan. 18wind speed sensors were placed at the wind refuge to calculate the ventilation performance of a mine ventilation fan, and the total ventilation airflow was measured by substituting the wind speed measured by the wind speed sensors into the airflow calculation formula.The data obtained was compared with the actual factory airflow of the ventilator and the measurement error of the system was found to be less than 0.5 m/s. The accuracy of the measurement results of the system was verified and it was shown that the ventilator works well and can ensure the normal air supply of the mine.
