摘要
针对晋能控股煤业集团某矿大断面掘进巷道存在严重变形的问题,基于某矿工程地质概况,介绍了巷道原支护方案,结合原支护方案下巷道围岩破坏特征分析了原支护方案存在的问题,并对原支护方案进行了优化。通过优化掘进巷道支护参数,应用注浆锚索来进一步优化围岩力学性能与实际承载能力,采用加长锚索来提升预应力传递效果,很好地控制了巷道围岩变形,巷道顶板下沉量控制在20 mm以内,底板底鼓量控制在21 mm以内,两帮移近量控制在71 mm以内;相比于原支护方案下巷道围岩变形情况,围岩变形量降低80%以上,取得较好的应用效果。
To address the problem of severe deformation in a large section roadway of a mine of Jineng Holding Coal Group, the original support scheme of the roadway was introduced based on the engineering geological profile of the mine, and the problems of the original support scheme were analyzed in combination with the damage characteristics of the surrounding rock of the roadway under the original support scheme, and the original support scheme was optimized by optimizing the support parameters of the roadway, applying slurry anchor cables to further optimize the mechanical properties and the actual bearing capacity of the surrounding rock, and using lengthened anchor cables to improve the pre-stress transfer effect.
