摘要
以带式输送机为研究对象,为降低其系统能耗所造成的浪费,系统地分析了不同物料种类、物料载荷分布情况、载荷大小以及带速对带式输送机功率的影响规律。应用结果表明:不同物料种类对输送机的功率影响不明显;输送机的功率随物料载荷量的增加而呈现一定的增长趋势,但是也不明显;物料载荷分布不均也会使输送机的功率增加;带速对输送机功率也有一定的影响,且两者近似存在正比变化关系。
Taking the belt conveyor as the research object, in order to reduce the waste caused by its system energy consumption, the influence law of different material types, material load distribution, load size and belt speed on the power of the belt conveyor is systematically analyzed. The application results show that: the influence of different material types on the power of the conveyor is not obvious;the power of the conveyor shows a certain growth trend with the increase of the material load quantity, but it is not obvious;the uneven distribution of the material load also increases the power of the conveyor;the belt speed also has a certain influence on the power of the conveyor, and the two approximate positive change relationship.
