摘要
为解决传统以电机为核心驱动系统的绞车的不足,以具备远程控制功能的绞车为研究对象,结合实际工况完成绞车总体驱动方案,并确定以电机+液压为核心的驱动系统。参照绞车实际应用环境及工况,确定了绞车的机械结构和液压系统,该研究对提升煤矿运输效率和安全性具有重要意义。机械结构主要对滚筒、行星齿轮减速机构进行设计;液压系统完成了总体原理图,并对关键元器件进行选型。
In order to solve the shortcomings of the traditional winch with motor as the core drive system, the winch with remote control function is used as an example to carry out the study, and the overall drive scheme of the winch is completed with the actual working conditions, and the drive system is determined by the way of motor + hydraulic as the core. The mechanical structure and hydraulic system of the winch were determined with reference to the actual application environment and working conditions of the winch. The mechanical structure is mainly designed for the drum and the planetary gear reduction mechanism;the hydraulic system is completed with the overall schematic diagram and the selection of key components. This research has a great influence on improving the efficiency and safety for transportation.
