摘要
为了提高煤矿的生产效率和采煤机的采煤效率,根据煤岩性质,从切削厚度、煤层倾角(包括走向倾角和工作倾角)、转速、截齿安装角等因素对截割扭矩、截割比能耗、截割功率、生产率的作用来分析对滚筒的影响,结果表明:切削厚度变大,截割比能耗就会变小;当走向倾角在5°左右、工作倾角在-10°左右的时候,其对滚筒的截割性能影响是最小的;转速对截割比能耗和截割性能的影响是比较大的,截齿安装角对截割扭矩的影响是比较大的;当转速在50 r/min、截齿安装角在100°、截齿齿尖尖角在80°的时候对滚筒的截割性能是最小的。
In order to improve the production efficiency of coal mines and the coal mining efficiency of coal mining machines, the influence of factors such as cutting thickness, coal seam inclination(including heading inclination and working inclination), rotational speed, cutting tooth installation angle and cutting tooth tip angle on cutting torque, cutting ratio energy consumption, cutting power and productivity are analyzed on the drum according to the nature of coal rock, and the results show that: the cutting thickness becomes larger, the cutting ratio energy consumption becomes smaller;when The influence of the rotational speed on the cutting ratio energy consumption and cutting performance is relatively large,the influence of the cutting tooth installation angle on the cutting torque is relatively large, so when the rotational speed is 50 r/min, the cutting tooth installation angle is 100° and the cutting tooth tip angle is 80°, the cutting performance of the drum is The cutting performance of the drum is minimised when the speed is 50 rmin, the installation angle is 100° and the tip angle is 80°.
